“Typical of my work are widely varied images and media, roaming through realistic landscapes, figural forms, spiritual imagery, and contrived spatial relationships. Realism + abstraction are my equally enjoyable norms.
Although my highest conscious regards seek strong, selective compositions of spatial elements and color interaction, I know that my strongest results involve intuition, why nots, and humor.
The experience gained from living, learning and working in many diverse regions, in creating in several 2 and 3-dimensional media, and in studying breadths and depths of art history, have given major enrichments to my art over decades.
Nonetheless, equal experience has come by rejecting some of those learnings and just creating happily from within myself; or what is creating, anyway?”
