Heres a little sunshine soap history
Sunshine soap was started in 1998. I was a full time police officer in Durham, NC. I needed a little "stress relief", and so I started messing around with the idea of soap making. After reading some books and doing some research on the net, I came up with a recipe. I made some soap and took it out to the local flea market. I set up two hay bales, threw a tablecloth across it and introduced sunshine soap to the public.
In 2002, after the birth of my second daughter, I decided to be a stay home mom. Sunshine soap played a key role in allowing me to do that. I am always adding new fragrances, but never at the expense of quality. We spend more on our "core ingredients" than most companies to insure that our customers get the best product possible.
