Carolyn Bell

Carolyn is a native of Mebane, North Carolina. She has been drawing and painting since she could hold a pencil. She is a very creative person and loves to work in many medias including sewing, crafts, and painting. Most of her paintings are done in oil, watercolor, or acrylic and in a variety of subjects.
Carolyn has studied art for a lot of years and will tell you " School is never out for the pro." Some of her instructors include:
Francis Braxton - Graham, NC - oil
Tom Jones - Orange Grove, FL - Watercolor
Luna Winner - Raleigh, NC -portraits
and many hours of classes and workshops around the state. She is an award winning artist and has taught art both for adults privately and through Alamance Community College. She has taught children's art both privately and through the Mebane Rec. Dept.
Her paintings hang in many private and corporate collections and in many galleries along the NC and SC coast.
